Student apartments

Students in Vienna have the opportunity to apply for an affordable apartment through the "Studentenwohnungsservice" (SWS). The SWS rents suitable apartments, which are then rented furnished for one year at a time. In case of positive study success, the housing contract will be extended.

Prerequisites are, in addition to appropriate academic success (for first-year students, the Matura certificate is sufficient), the disclosure of parental income and any personal income of the student.
