Disclosure requirement under § 25 of the Austrian Media Act (Mediengesetz, MedienG)

Media owners are the federal ministries, authorities or partners who have provided the content and are marked as such at the end of the texts (media owner/date of last provision).

Oesterreich.gv.at is the guide to Austria’s government departments, authorities and institutions. On the basis of life situations and events (such as birth), oesterreich.gv.at provides cross-agency and neutral information on administrative channels (e.g. fees, deadlines, required documents) and links to (online) forms. On oesterreich.gv.at you can also complete numerous administrative procedures electronically via the official channels online. Oesterreich.gv.at created a general Austrian e-government platform.
