Data to ensure traceability of transactions in the context of government agency services.

For all services, the txID assigned at login and a unique ID/transaction ID (unique identifier for the action performed) are stored together with technical data (action name, timestamp, duration, status) for each service call. These IDs are only linked to the personal data in the event of an error (error search).

Based on the generated app log UUID, no personal reference or inference on the device of a specific user is possible. The currently logged data is purely technical in nature, and there is no personal reference.

In the case of ‘anonymous’ transmission of log data, only the fact that there is a user with a device of a certain type and that recorded program processes occurred is known.
This data is used exclusively to support error analysis and thus to continuously improve our website and the services offered.

The data is retained for a period of 12 months.

If necessary, the following data will be processed in case of queries at the Service Center:

  1. first name
  2. surname
