Requesting a correction to the electoral roll – Other EU citizens with main residence in Austria

Up until the end of the viewing period, all Austrian citizens and – depending on the type of election – non-Austrian EU citizens are entitled to request corrections to the electoral roll orally or in writing, specifying their name and residential address. It is possible to request entry or removal of a person from the roll.

The request for correction must include suitable supporting documents. The authority reviews the request for correction and, if appropriate, corrects the electoral roll.
